When I arrived the office staff checked me in and I was able to see PA Tancora. She was able to talk about the treatment plan in depth and made sure all my questions were answered before moving forward. She was very precise and meticulous in my treatment. I remember how warm and welcoming she was as I mentioned it was my first treatment. I was excited after the treatment was done and couldn’t wait to see my results! Tancora told me to come back for my follow up visit just to go over the results. I am naturally anxious with injectables and have had a difficult time finding a place where I can be properly walked through the requirements and steps of the procedure. The PA was able to hold my hands and walk through every step of the way to make sure I was completely comfortable and at ease. Even though she knew I've done this before, she went through what to expect vs what not to expect; things to not do within the first 24 hours. She truly made sure I was in good hands. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and provided professional insight. I've had so many instances at other places where I just wasn't being heard and you would think that would be key when you're getting injected in your face! I rarely take the time to write reviews but felt inclined to share since I know the importance of finding someone who is superb when it comes to dealing with facial concerns. I've had microneedling, lasers and injectables. Each procedure was explained to me thoroughly and was conducted with complete expertise.
